Returns & Exchanges Policy
At Styles For Littles, we stand behind the items we offer. Because our boutique fulfills orders through supplier warehouses, we have a limited returns and exchanges policy.
When a return or exchange may be accepted
We accept requests when an item arrives damaged or when you receive an incorrect item (such as the wrong product, color, or size compared with your order). Please contact us within 7 days of delivery so we can review the issue and arrange an appropriate resolution.
What is not normally eligible
- Changes of mind, personal preference, or accidentally ordering the wrong size.
- Items that have been worn, washed, or used.
- Clearance or final-sale items, except when damaged or incorrect or where applicable law requires otherwise.
- Requests received more than 7 days after delivery, except where required by law.
Please check product descriptions and size charts carefully before placing your order. Nothing in this policy limits any rights you may have under applicable consumer-protection law.
How to request help
Email help@stylesforlittles.shop with:
- Your order number.
- A description of the damage or incorrect item.
- Clear photographs showing the issue and any relevant item tags.
- Whether you would prefer a refund or an exchange, when available.
Please wait for instructions before sending anything back. We will provide return instructions by email if a return is needed.
Refunds and exchanges
Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method. Please allow approximately 5–7 business days after approval for the funds to appear, depending on your payment provider. If a physical return is required, we typically process it within 3–5 business days after receiving the item.
Return shipping
If the item qualifies for a return, we'll explain the next steps. A return label may be issued depending on the situation. If a label isn't provided, you may be responsible for return shipping, except where applicable law requires otherwise.
