SMS Marketing Terms — Styles For Littles

Styles For Littles offers optional promotional text messaging for customers who specifically sign up to receive marketing by SMS.

What you agree to receive

By opting in through a Styles For Littles SMS signup form or an unchecked-by-default marketing checkbox at checkout, you agree to receive recurring promotional text messages from Styles For Littles about new arrivals, seasonal collections, and occasional offers. You do not need to agree to promotional texts to make a purchase.

Message frequency and costs

We plan to send no more than four promotional SMS messages per calendar month. Frequency may vary, and required subscription or opt-in confirmation messages may be separate. Message and data rates may apply according to your mobile carrier and plan.

Unsubscribe and support

Every promotional text from Shopify Messaging includes an unsubscribe link. To stop future promotional text messages, use that link to unsubscribe. Our marketing sending number is for outgoing messages and might not accept replies. For help or to request an opt-out, email help@stylesforlittles.shop.

Privacy and customer rights

If you opt in, we collect your phone number and SMS marketing preferences, including records of your consent. We use this information to manage subscriptions and to deliver marketing messages through Shopify Messaging and our messaging, telecommunications, and delivery service providers. We may share the information necessary to administer or deliver text messages with these service providers.
