Welcome to Styles For Littles! These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of stylesforlittles.shop and purchases from our online children's boutique. By using our website or placing an order, you agree to these Terms and to our linked policies. If you do not agree, please do not use the website.

1. About Styles For Littles

Styles For Littles is an independently operated children's clothing boutique. We curate products available through third-party suppliers and fulfillment partners. We operate online and do not currently offer a public retail store or local pickup.

2. Product listings, sizing, and availability

We work to make product descriptions, photographs, sizing information, colors, and prices accurate. However, clothing sizes can vary between styles and manufacturers, and color appearance can vary by screen. Please review each item's details and any available size chart before ordering. We may correct errors, change descriptions or pricing, and discontinue products at any time. Inventory is updated through our fulfillment partners, and occasional stock discrepancies may occur.

3. Orders, prices, and payments

All prices displayed on our U.S. website are in U.S. dollars unless otherwise stated. Applicable taxes, shipping charges, and any eligible discounts are shown during checkout. Placing an order is an offer to purchase; we may need to confirm availability and payment before accepting or fulfilling it. If an item is unavailable, an order cannot be fulfilled, or an error materially affects your order, we will contact you about available options or issue an appropriate refund. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel fraudulent or otherwise improper orders to the extent permitted by law.

Payments are processed using the secure payment services made available at checkout. You agree to provide accurate contact, billing, and shipping information.

4. Dropshipping, shipping, and delivery

We fulfill orders through partner warehouses, including locations in California and Georgia. Products in the same order may ship separately and arrive in different packages.

Order processing generally takes 3–5 business days, followed by an estimated 3–6 business days of standard U.S. transit after shipment. These timelines are estimates, not guaranteed delivery dates. Holidays, inventory changes, carriers, and high-volume periods can cause delays. Tracking will be provided when available, and carrier updates may take up to 48 hours to appear.

Domestic economy shipping options may include a $5.99 rate or free shipping on eligible orders; the shipping rate and eligibility that apply to your order are displayed at checkout. International options, where offered, are calculated at checkout.

5. Cancellations, returns, and refunds

If you need to request an address change or cancellation, email help@stylesforlittles.shop immediately. Because orders are transmitted to fulfillment partners, we cannot guarantee that cancellations or changes can be made once processing begins.

Our return policy is limited due to our third-party fulfillment model. If an item arrives damaged or you receive an incorrect item, contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photographs so we can review the issue. Changes of mind and incorrect size choices are generally not eligible for returns. See our Returns & Exchanges Policy for eligibility, instructions, refunds, and exceptions.

Nothing in these Terms or our policies limits consumer rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded.

6. Your use of the website

You agree to use the website only for lawful purposes and not to interfere with its security or operation, submit false information, attempt unauthorized access, or use website content for fraudulent purposes. Customers who place orders should be legally able to enter into a purchase agreement; parents or guardians are responsible for purchases made by minors using their accounts or payment methods.

7. Website content and third-party services

Unless otherwise noted, our website text, branding, and original creative materials belong to Styles For Littles or their respective owners. Product photographs and other materials may be provided by our supplier partners and remain subject to applicable rights. Do not reproduce our content for commercial purposes without permission from the relevant rights holder.

Our store is powered by Shopify and may link to third-party websites, delivery services, or tools. Third-party services are governed by their own terms and policies, and we are not responsible for their independent practices.

8. Optional email and SMS marketing

We send promotional emails or texts only when an appropriate marketing consent or other lawful basis applies. You do not need to subscribe to marketing to place an order. You can opt out of marketing emails using their unsubscribe links.

Styles For Littles SMS marketing: Customers who voluntarily opt in may receive recurring promotional text messages about boutique news, new arrivals, seasonal collections, and occasional offers. We plan to send no more than four promotional SMS messages per calendar month, although opt-in or service-related messages may be separate. Message and data rates may apply. Consent to receive promotional texts is not a condition of purchase. Every promotional SMS sent through Shopify Messaging provides an unsubscribe link; use that link to stop messages, or email help@stylesforlittles.shop for assistance. 9. Privacy

Your use of the website and any information submitted through checkout or marketing signup are also subject to our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, share, and protect information and how to contact us with privacy requests.

10. Website availability and liability

We strive to maintain an accurate and available website, but cannot guarantee that the site will always be uninterrupted or error-free. To the extent permitted by applicable law, Styles For Littles is not responsible for indirect or consequential losses resulting from website interruptions or third-party services. Nothing in this section excludes liability or consumer protections that cannot be excluded by law.

11. Updates to these Terms

We may update these Terms as our business or legal requirements change. The current version and its update date will be available on this page. Any legally required notice or consent will be provided when applicable.
